Michael Markus teaches very groovy African Drumming Classes on Monday nights at the Jam. They're so much fun, you may not realize you're learning complex aspects of rhythm and developing a better sense of time. Beginner Class is 6:00-7:30 pm, and Intermediate/Advanced Class in 7:30-9:00 pm. Classes are $20 each, or $180 for 10.

Interested in studying guitar? Give Jonathan Geist a call at: 917 335 1290. Jon spent the last 15 years as a faculty member at The American Institute of Guitar, and gigging all over town. He enjoys taking the mystery out of guitar playing, and helping his students unlock their potential, regardless of style. His lessons are $60 an hour, and Jam members receive a discount on lesson packages.
